Korean Steamed Egg

Ingredients:  serves 3 to 4

3 eggs

1 c. water

2 tsp. Marukome Miso & Easy Original

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 tsp. chopped green onion

1 tsp. sesame seeds

Directions:

Mix eggs, water, sesame oil and Miso & Easy in a stove-safe bowl or pot. Heat directly over the stove with high heat for 3 minutes. Then simmer for additional 3 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame seeds over.
